• Cross-Border Cooperation Agreement between the Government of Aragon and the Regional Council of Midi-Pyrénées, establishing the general framework of cooperation (2001);

• Cross-Border Cooperation Agreement between the Government of Aragon and the Regional Council of Aquitaine, establishing the general framework of cooperation (2001);

• Cross-Border Cooperation Agreement between the town of Benasque (Spain) and the town of Bagneres de Luchon, on the knowledge and dissemination of the history of their respective hospitals’walk from port (2004);

• Cross-Border Cooperation Agreement between the Autonomous Community of Aragon and the Department of Hautes Pyrenees, by establishing the Consortium for the management, conservation and exploitation-Aragnouet Bielsa tunnel and its approaches (2008);

• Cross-Border Cooperation Agreement between the Autonomous Community of Aragon and the Department of Hautes Pyrenees, for the realization of a transport infrastructure project between the Bielsa Tunnel-Aragnouet and winter resort of Piau-Engaly (2009).
