The Leadership Academy Programme in Finland is implemented in cooperation with the Finnish Institute of Public Management – HAUS as part of the project of the Council of Europe and the European Union (EU) with the scientific and technical support of ISIG researchers. More than 15 local administrators from all over Finland participated at the course which aims to provide participants with the knowledge and tools to best implement the principles of Good Governance through participatory and innovative local authorities.
LAP Finland 23 was structured in 3 modules:
Leadership for the organisations
Leadership for the strategy
Leadership for the capacity building
Local administrators (i.e, mayors, city councillors, assessors, technicians)
