• Cross-Border Cooperation Agreement between the municipalities of Sort (Lleida, Spain) and Saint Girons for the constitution of the “Cross-Border Working Group Sort-Saint Girons” (2001);
• Cross-Border Cooperation Agreement between the municipalities of Lladorre (Lleida, Spain) and Soulan, for the constitution of the Cross-Border Working Group Lladorre – Soulan;
• Cross-Border Cooperation Agreement between the City of Puigcerdá (Gerona, Spain) and the town of Bourg-Madame, for the establishment of the “Cross-Border Consortium Puigcerdá – Bourg-Madame” (2003);
• Cross-Border Cooperation Agreement between the town of Figueres (Gerona, Spain) and the town of Perpignan, for the realization of a cultural exchange program to celebrate the Dalí year 2004;
• Cross-Border Cooperation Agreement between thirteen municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Catalonia and the city of Perpignan, to constitute the “Transversal Consortium Network for Cultural Activities” (2004);
• Cross-Border Cooperation Agreement between the Autonomous Community of Catalonia and the city of Perpignan, to disseminate the Catalan culture and promote the use of Catalan (2005);
• Framework Convention on Cross-Border Cooperation between the Autonomous Community of Catalonia and the Department of Pyrenees-Orientales, establishing the general framework of collaboration, specific agreement 2006-2007 for its implementation (2006);
• Cross-Border Cooperation 2008-2009 Agreement between the Autonomous Community of Catalonia and the department of Pyrenees Orientales, under the framework agreement signed on June 29, 2006 (2008);
• Cross-Border Cooperation Agreement between the Autonomous Community of Catalonia and the Languedoc-Roussillon (2008);
• Second Framework Agreement-border cooperation between the Government of Catalonia and the General Council of the Pyrenees Orientales.
